Cherry Cheese Cake Recipe


  • 2 pack oat biscuits
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 sweet spoon vanilla essence
  • 1 glass of whipped cream

For cherry sauce

  • 2 glasses of sour cherry
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon starch


  1. Spread the oatmeal biscuit and butter over the donor until it is floury and share it on the bases of the serving jars. Straighten by pressing with a spoon. 
  2. Take cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and cream in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until all material is well identified. 
  3. Spread the mixture onto the biscuits and let stand for 4 hours in the refrigerator. 
  4. For cherry sauce, sour cherry and powdered sugar in a large saucepan. When the sugar starts to melt, add the starch you drink with water and cook until the sauce is dark. Spread the sauce over the cheesecake jars that are chilled. Rest in the refrigerator for 2 more hours. Serve cold.
