Makan siangku....

FILLE AYAM;

  • fillet dada ayam tanpa kulit potong tipis"
  • 1 bh kentang potong tipis"
  • air secukupnya
  • 1 bh bawang bombay potong"
  • paprika merah dan hijau secukupnya
  • seledri dirajang halus
  • bawang putih digeprek
  • merica bubuk
  • sedikit olive oil utk menumis
  • sedikit minyak wijen

Cara membuat:

  • panaskan wajan beri sediki olive oil, kmdian tumis bawang putih spi layu
  • kemudian masukkan ayam tumis spi berubah warna
  • setelah itu tambahkan air secukupnya
  • setelah mendidih masukkan kentang
  • tambahkan merica dan minyak wijen
  • biarkan air spi agak habis, kmdian tambahkan bombay dan paprika, aduk" spi lalu dan kentang sm ayamnya matang
  • angkat dan sajikan dg taburan daun seledri

SALAD: tomat, lotus, wortel

SAOS KUNING: nanas sm pisang

SAOS MERAH: strowbery sm pisang

Cara: blender pki blender kering

JUS PAPARAHE: pare, seledri, apel, jeruk nipis, timun
