Tekstur kastengel yang benar (ASK)

Pertama kali bikin kastengel, ga tau tekstur yg sebenarnya gimana sih kastengel itu... punya q rapuh bgt yaa mindahin dari loyang ke toples harus extra pelan, kalo ga bisa pecah... apa memang begitu mohon pencerahannya yaa bun... Terimakasih bnyk yg mau share ilmu nya...
